Home made Christmas cards {Bucket List}

20:04

Ellie and I made Christmas pictures and Christmas cards today! Such fun.

We used some scrapbook card, that we had laying around from past projects. This worked so well as a nice sky background. Ellie wanted to make a Christmas tree picture, so that's exactly what we did. We used a cookie cutter and dipped that in green paint. That gave us a nice Christmas tree template. Then Ellie painted the inside green. And painted some snow on the ground. We waited for it to dry before decorating the trees, it didn't take long to dry.

She used paints, glitter, foil and sequins to decorate the Christmas trees. We used glitter and sequin silver stars for snow in the background and sky! Yay! Ellie had such fun creating this very festive picture.

Ellie also made a snowman Christmas card. Again we used scrapbook card that we had left over from other past projects. It worked well because it was sky blue and already glittery! "It looks like snow" said Ellie. She painted the snowman using poster paints, hehe. I think she did quite well...

Have you made any Christmas or Winter arts and crafts yet? Or just arts and crafts in general? I'd love to see and about your creations, hehe.
